How it works is simple.
When you key in your chosen frame and prescription the program will recommend which lenses our dispenser feels would give the best cosmetic appearance and also optical performance.
However the choice is yours, you are not forced to take this option. You can simply select one of the other options on the page. You can either choose a better lens in order to give an even better performance, or if you want, a less expensive option which will still be suitable for your selection.
If for any reason we feel your order is not the best choice, or really impractical, we will e-mail you with our advice and any recommendations we can give so that you only receive a perfectly dispensed pair of glasses. We really don't want you to be unhappy with your glasses resulting in you returning them to us for one reason or another. This is why we are taking the extra effort to ensure you receive the best option. We hope that you will recommend us to all your friends and family.

One year Warranty on all Frames.
All our frames from just4specs come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
As you would expect we only use the highest quality frames and lenses which comply with all British and European standards. We are therefore pleased to be able to offer you a one year manufacturer's warranty on all our products.
This warranty is available from the original manufacturers and affirms the authenticity of our inventory. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect. In the event that your frame requires service, please call on 07572207673 or email us info@just4specs.co.uk to initiate the repair/exchange. You will need to cover the delivery cost. We will either repair or replace the defective frame at our discretion. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused by misuse, neglect, tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is also invalidated if unauthorised persons carry out any alterations or repairs.

Before every order is processed your prescription is checked by our qualified dispensing optician, to ensure that the highest standards are achieved for all jobs.
Qualifications are A.B.D.O. (Association of British Dispensing Opticians.) B.O.A Disp. S.M.C. Disp.
If we feel an alternative product is better for you then we will inform you of any other options. No different from the advice given to you by your local optician! You can in fact email us for advice at any time! So you can take advantage of our combined wealth of knowledge of over 40 years.

By having our own lab this allows you to be able receive your spectacles within days of ordering. In fact most orders are completed and despatched within just two to three working days. We aim for you to receive most orders within 7/10 working days.

We have a large optical team consisting of dispensing opticians, fully qualified lab technicians and optometrists that are more than able and happy to offer high quality spectacles and advice every time.
Bring a friend, get a second opinion! Come down and try on our unique and large range of frames! Make sure you are happy with the fit, shape and colour of your new glasses. We can even post them back to you should you wish or even come back and collect them!
